Your company's files, on shelves that make sense.
Org, team and personal spaces. Sharing by role, revoked in a second. Links with a password, an expiry and a view limit. A file request your client fills without an account. Storage pooled across the team, not rationed per person. Stored in the UAE.
Most teams keep files in a drive built for one person.
Three "finals". One client. Nobody sure.
Copies stand in for versions. The one that went out is in somebody's email, not in the folder.
A link from last year still opens.
Nobody can list who holds what. Revoking means hunting through every folder, if anyone remembers.
One person is full. The team is empty.
Per-person quotas mean buying storage where it is not needed and blocking uploads where it is.
SK Drive is built for the company, not the person.
Spaces, roles and one pool.
Files live in a space that belongs to the company, a team or a person. People get a role on a folder, not a password to a link. Storage is one pool the whole team draws from.
One store every verified employee can see: the handbook, brand assets, the forms everyone needs.
"Dubai Branch Ops", "Finance", "Marketing". A roster, a manager, its own folders. Leave the team, lose the access.
Each person's own store. Private until shared, and transferred to a manager when they leave.
200 GB per person on Business means a 10-person team shares 2000 GB. Nobody is full while a teammate is empty.
No borrowed logos. Things you can verify instead.
SK Drive 1.1 shipped in October 2026. It is also the file store every other Softknack product already writes to, which is the closest thing to a reference we will quote.
Stored in the UAE. The same login as SK Fleet, SK Salon and SK Works.
Uploads and downloads go straight between your browser and private object storage on short-lived signed addresses, 15 minutes each.
A download is only signed once the virus scan says clean. Infected files are locked and the admin told.
On Pro, the Softknack voice and chat assistants can find, share and fetch files with the same permissions as the person asking.
From the first folder to the last day of a leaver.
Three kinds of space. Folders as deep as you like.
Set up the org space once, a space per team, and everyone gets a personal one. Nest folders without limit, star what you use daily, tag what you search for. Renaming never breaks a link: the file keeps its address, only the label changes.
- Org, team and personal spaces with their own rosters and managers
- Unlimited folder depth, starred items, tags
- Previews for documents, images, PDFs and video, generated on upload
A role, not a password. Revoked in a second.
Give a person or a group a role on a file or folder: viewer, commenter, editor or manager. Take it away and the next click fails, with no stale copy anywhere. For people outside, a link can carry a password, an expiry, a view or download limit, and a view-only mode that blocks download and print.
- Four roles, on files or whole folders, for people or groups
- Links for anyone, or only for people signed in to your company
- View-only links that cannot be downloaded or printed
Build a link. See what it carries.
Tick the controls you want. The preview on the right is what the person who opens the link gets, and what they cannot do.

Whoever opens it: . You can revoke it in one tap, any time.
Ask for the document. Get it in the right folder.
Send a client, a candidate or a vendor a request link. They upload straight into the folder you chose, without creating an account, within the size and file-type limits you set, before the deadline you set. No more "please find attached" hunted down in email.
- Target folder, allowed file types, size cap and deadline on every request
- Every upload scanned before anyone on your side opens it
- Close the request and the link dies
One file, every version. Deleted means thirty days, not gone.
Upload a new version over the old one and the history stays: preview any version, restore it, see who changed what and when. Delete something and it waits in the trash for 30 days; only a workspace admin can purge it for good, and even that is logged.
- Version history kept 30 days on Starter, 180 days on Business, 1 year on Pro
- 30-day trash with restore; permanent purge is an admin action with a record
- Nothing is deleted when you move to a smaller plan
One pool. Not a quota each.
Every plan gives storage per user, and the company adds it up into one pool. The site photographer who shoots 40 GB a month and the accountant who stores 2 GB draw from the same tank. At 80% you are warned; at 100% new uploads pause and nothing is deleted or locked. Add 100 GB or 1 TB any time.
- 50, 200 or 500 GB per user, pooled across the team
- Warning at 80%, uploads pause at 100%, every file stays readable
- Staff can request more; admins approve in one tap
Someone leaves. Their files don't.
On a leaver's last day, an admin starts a transfer: every personal file, every shared folder they owned and every workspace node moves to a named manager in one step. Nothing is orphaned, no link breaks, and the record shows who took over what.
- One transfer for everything a person owned
- Shares and links survive the move; only the owner changes
- Logged, so the handover can be audited later
The file store the rest of Softknack already uses.
When SK Salon saves a before-and-after photo or SK Works attaches a vendor bill, the bytes land in SK Drive. Buy the Drive app and your team gets the same store as a workspace, with the same login and the same scan on every file.
Stored in the UAE. Scanned before it is served.
Your files sit in the UAE. Pro lets you choose the UAE or Singapore per organisation. Every object is stored under your organisation's own key, so another tenant's file cannot even be addressed. Bytes move on signed, 15-minute addresses straight between you and private storage; we never hold them in the middle.
- Scan gate: a download is signed only after the virus scan says clean; infected files are locked and the admin told
- Erasure that cascades: purge a file and its thumbnails and previews go with it, with a tombstone that records the purge
- One person, all their files: a customer or employee erasure request under UAE data protection law purges everything held about them, except what the law says you must keep, which is reported back
- Audit log export on Pro, and every share, revoke, transfer and purge recorded on every plan
Per user, pooled storage, cheaper per GB as you grow.
Starter, Business and Pro are per user per month, billed annually or monthly, minimum 3 users. Storage is pooled across the team. Before VAT.
Annual prices shown; monthly is about 20% more. 14-day free trial on Business. Extra storage in 100 GB and 1 TB add-ons.

Let's set up your folders on SK Drive.
Thirty minutes, no slides. Send us a screenshot of how your folders are organised today. We build the same spaces before the call, then share a file, request one from a client and move a leaver's files, with you.
- Your org, team and personal spaces, with your folder tree
- A share with a role, a link with a password and an expiry
- A file request a client fills without an account
- An offboarding transfer, and what the pooled storage looks like
