Attendance, leave and the WPS payroll on one record, checked by two people.
Staff clock in inside the branch geofence, leave lives on a ledger nobody edits, and payroll builds the WPS salary information file, waits for a second person to approve it, then posts its journal to SK Billing. Hosted in Dubai.
The register, the leave diary and the salary sheet never agree.
Signed in at nine, arrived at eleven.
A paper register or a shared tablet can't tell who is really at the branch. The friend who signs for you is the attendance system.
Two leave balances and no history.
A balance kept as a number in a sheet gets edited. When an employee disputes it, there is nothing to show how it got there.
The person who made the payroll also approved it.
A salary sheet one person builds and signs off, then retypes into the accounts. A formula off by one row reaches every payslip.
SK People keeps attendance, leave and payroll on one record per person.
Clock in. Take leave. Get paid. Grow.
Every person has one record. Attendance and leave feed payroll; finalized payroll posts its journal to SK Billing; reviews and workflows sit on the same record.
From the phone inside the branch geofence, on the office network, or at the rotating-QR kiosk. Missed a punch? Ask, and a manager decides.
Accruals, approvals, carry-forward and lapse are rows on a ledger. The balance is what the rows add up to.
Growth builds the WPS salary information file; a second person approves before it is final and the journal posts to SK Billing.
Joining, confirmation, transfer and exit run as checklists; on Scale, goals, KPIs and 360 reviews.
No borrowed logos. Rules you can test on the demo.
SK People 6.0 shipped in October 2026. These are how the product behaves; ask us to show any of them on the call.
Leave is a ledger of opening, accrual, debit, credit, encashment and lapse rows. Corrections are new rows, so every balance has its history.
The person who prepared a run cannot finalize it. Approval and finalization need someone else, by design.
The database itself keeps every organisation's records apart on every table, set from the verified login.
When someone leaves, personal extras can be erased; payroll, tax and identity records stay for the statutory period, 7 years and more.
From the offer letter to the exit interview.
Everyone, where they sit, who they report to.
One record per person: department, designation, manager, joining date, employment type and status, from probation to confirmed to on notice to separated. The org chart draws itself from the reporting lines and opens branch by branch. SK People is the master for who works here; the other Softknack products read from it.
- Probation period you set: 30, 60 or 90 days
- Searchable directory with department and designation filters
- Separated staff lose their login; their history stays
Clocked in means at the branch.
Staff clock in from their phone only inside the branch geofence, about 100 metres by default. Desk staff can be held to the office network. At the front desk, a tablet shows a QR code that keeps changing, so a photo of yesterday's code is worthless. Missed a punch? The employee asks, the manager decides, and the change is recorded.
- GPS geofence, office IP lock and rotating-QR kiosk on every plan
- Branches with their own fence: 1, 3 or 10 by plan
- Biometric devices and shift rosters are coming soon
Where are you clocking in from?
Marina has a 100 m geofence and the office network on record. Pick where the employee is standing.
Every day of leave has a receipt.
Leave is kept as a ledger, not a number: an opening balance, a monthly or yearly accrual, a debit for each approved request, a credit for comp-off, a lapse at year end. The balance anyone sees is what those rows add up to, so a dispute is settled by reading the history. Your policy decides half-days, carry-forward, lapse and whether weekends inside a leave count.
- Requests, approvals and the calendar in the app
- Half-day leave and the sandwich rule as settings
- Leave encashment into payroll on Scale
The WPS file ready, and the payroll checked by someone else.
A payroll run moves from draft to computed to approved to finalized. SK People works out the days paid from attendance and leave and builds the salary information file for the Wages Protection System, checking the employer ID, the bank routing code and each employee's IBAN and work permit first. The person who prepared the run can't finalize it. Once it is final, payslips are issued and the journal posts to SK Billing.
- Regular, off-cycle, supplementary and reversal runs
- Payslips as PDFs in the employee's app
- End-of-service gratuity and visa expiry alerts are coming soon
Run October's payroll. Try to finalize it yourself.
You are Noor, who prepared the run. Yusuf is the checker. Click through the steps.
Snap the receipt. It is paid with the salary.
Staff photograph the receipt in the app and pick a category: travel, food, supplies. The manager approves in one tap. Approved claims go into the month's payroll run, and the receipt stays on the record, scanned and stored in SK Drive.
- Receipt capture on the phone; categories you set
- Approvals by the manager, with notes
- Receipts scanned before they are stored
Nobody's first day starts without a laptop.
Joining, confirmation, transfer and exit each run as a checklist you design: manual tasks like handing over a laptop, documents like the offer letter or an NDA signed in SK Sign, approvals by the right managers, and actions the system does on its own, like opening a login. Everyone sees what is waiting on them.
- Four triggers: joining, confirmation, transfer, separation
- Offer letters and NDAs signed through SK Sign
- Full-and-final settlement is coming soon
Reviews against goals, not against memory.
Set goals and KPIs with weights at the start of the cycle and update them through the quarter. At review time, the employee rates themselves, peers add feedback and the manager decides, all on the same record. Quarterly or yearly, as you run it.
- Goals and KPIs with weights and progress
- Self, peer and manager reviews: 360 feedback
- On Scale, with leave encashment into payroll
The contract, the ID and the payslip, in the employee's pocket.
Every employee has a vault: Emirates ID, passport and visa, signed contracts and certificates, stored in SK Drive and scanned before they are kept. Staff use the web or mobile app to clock in, ask for leave, see their balance, download payslips and send expense claims. Approvals reach managers by email and in the app.
- Storage per plan: 5 GB, 20 GB or 100 GB
- Self-service on the web and on a mobile app
- Payslips on WhatsApp and voice self-service are coming soon
Teams spread across branches.
Ready today for any team on Starter, and on Growth for SK Suite customers who work out end-of-service gratuity outside for now.

The last salary, dues and recoveries for someone leaving, in one run.
Payslips sent on WhatsApp; leave balance, payslip and leave requests by voice.
Hosted in Dubai. Salaries seen by the people who should see them.
Every table is fenced by organisation in the database itself, from the verified login. Amounts are kept to the paisa, cent or fils with exact arithmetic. When someone leaves, personal extras can be erased under UAE data protection law, while payroll, tax and identity records stay for the statutory period. Payroll runs need two people: whoever prepares a run cannot finalize it.
- Organisation fence: on every table, from the verified login
- Leave ledger: rows added, never edited
- Maker and checker: the preparer can't finalize a payroll
- Statutory records: kept 7+ years, even after exit
The record of who works here, for the whole suite.
Finalized payroll posts its journal to SK Billing. SK Drive keeps IDs, contracts and receipts. SK Sign handles offer letters and NDAs. SK Salon, SK Works and SK Fleet read their staff from here.
A base that covers 10 employees, then a small rate each.
Starter runs the team day to day. Growth adds payroll with the WPS file, expenses and workflows. Scale adds performance reviews and leave encashment. Before VAT; 15 days free to start.
A month each, per organisation. An employee counts if they were active in the month: paid, clocked in or on leave. Annual is pay 10 months, use 12.
