Every job, every dirham, on one card.
For studios, contractors and makers who get paid in stages. The work on one track, the money on the other, costs against every job, and a progress link your customer opens without a login. Hosted in Dubai.
Most project businesses run on three ledgers that disagree.
The advance says 20%. The site says 60%.
Progress gets copied from what was paid, or from what someone remembered on Friday. Neither is what was built.
A payment was "corrected". Nobody knows by whom.
One edit in a sheet and the accountant, the owner and the customer each hold a different balance.
Six "any update?" messages before lunch.
Customers ask because they cannot see. Every answer is a phone call that pulls someone off the site.
SK Works replaces all three with one job card.
One job. Two tracks. Nothing copied between them.
The work track says what gets built and when. The money track says what is due and when to bill. A payment never moves the progress bar; a finished step never pretends to be cash.
No borrowed logos. Things you can verify instead.
SK Works shipped version 4.0 in October 2026. We would rather show you what it does on your own jobs than quote a testimonial you cannot call.
Hosted in Dubai. The same login and customer record as SK Fleet and SK Salon.
A payment or a cost can never be edited or deleted. Corrections are dated reversals that point at the original.
Owner, manager, accountant, site and viewer. Site staff see costs but not revenue; viewers see revenue but not costs.
Eighteen resources, around forty-eight endpoints, an OpenAPI specification you can read before you sign.
From the first advance to the handover certificate.
Quote, agree, then run it on one card.
A project or a service order starts the same way: the customer from your CRM, a work type you configured once, and a payment plan picked from your presets. The card keeps the quoted figure next to the agreed one, so the discount you gave is a fact, not a memory.
- Work types you define: modular kitchen, commercial fit-out, wedding shoot, retainer
- Stages you define, with the moves between them that are allowed and the ones that are not
- Customer details snapshotted on the card, so receipts and links work even if the CRM is down
Done is done, in any order.
Every step carries its own share of the work, and the shares add up to 100. Progress is the sum of the steps actually finished, not the furthest step someone ticked. Finish snagging before carpentry and the card says 50, not 75.
- Shares and durations saved as a process template, reused on every job of that type
- Due dates roll from the start date: resize one step and the rest move
- A late step tells the owner once, with a quiet period, not every night
Tick steps in any order. Watch what moves.
A fictional kitchen with five steps and a handover milestone linked to the last one. Progress is the sum of what you tick; the milestone waits for its step; the customer link shows the same number.
- Site measurement10% · 2 days
- 2D design and review15% · 5 days
- Client approval0% · 3 daysAn approval is a gate, not work. It carries no share, so it cannot inflate progress.
- Carpentry and fabrication50% · 12 days
- Snagging and handover25% · 3 daysThe handover milestone (AED 30,000) is linked to this step.
Two ledgers you can only add to.
Payments in, costs out. Neither can be edited or deleted, by anyone, including us. A mistake is corrected by a dated reversal that points at the original, so the accountant, the owner and the customer always add up to the same balance.
- bank transfer, cards and cash, plus any method you name
- One payment split across several milestones, exactly as it arrived
- A retry on a bad connection is recognised and never recorded twice
- Balance due and overpayments computed from the ledger every time, never stored and drifted
Know which jobs make money before they end.
Collected minus spent is profit. Profit over collected is margin. Both are computed live from the two ledgers and held against the thresholds you set: green above your target, amber when it thins, red when a job is eating itself.
- Costs by category: materials, vendor invoices, labour by trade, or your own categories
- Vendor linked from the CRM; the invoice photo attached to the line
- Margin hidden on list screens shared with site staff, shown on the owner's detail view
Nine documents, your letterhead, sent before they ask.
A work order when the job is created, a progress update when a step closes, a reminder before a milestone falls due, a receipt the moment a payment lands, a statement for the whole balance, a handover certificate at the end. Every one on your name, logo, TRN and address, figures in tabular type that lines up in any email client.
- WhatsApp picture receipts: a branded image of the receipt in the customer's chat, not a PDF to download
- Email and SMS from the same templates, which you can edit with a live preview
- Every message carries the progress link, so the customer looks instead of calling
"What's my balance?" answered on the phone, by the ledger.
Suki, the Softknack voice assistant, answers your business line with six things it can do for SK Works: find the caller, list their jobs, read the balance, read the schedule, record a payment the caller reports, or open a new order. Every action is logged with Suki as the actor, so you can see exactly what the voice did.
- Caller matched to the CRM by phone number before anything is read out
- A payment reported by voice lands on the ledger like any other, receipt and all
- Nothing is deleted or reversed by voice: those stay with people
The site sees costs. The viewer sees revenue. The owner sees both.
Roles come from the Softknack platform and arrive with the login. Reversing a payment is a separate permission from recording one, so the person who can fix a mistake is not the person who made it.

Hosted in Dubai. Built for the rules here.
Your jobs, ledgers and customer links live in Dubai. Documents carry your TRN in the statutory format, amounts in AED with the grouping your accountant expects, and every action by every role sits in an audit log that cannot be edited.
- Row-level tenancy enforced from the verified login, never from a header a client could change
- Append-only payments, costs and audit log; reversals, not edits
- Customer link built from an allow-list: never your costs, vendors, staff or margins
- Files such as invoices and payment proofs scanned before they are served, 5 MB each
The ledger is shared, so nothing is retyped.
SK Works is one application on the Softknack platform. Billing raises the invoice for a milestone and settles it when the payment lands. The CRM holds the customer and the vendor. Notifications sends the receipt. Drive keeps the proof.
Draft jobs cannot raise a tax invoice. A payment in Works marks the Billing invoice settled; a worker reconciles the two every ten minutes.
Three plans. Every feature in every one.
Lite, Team and Business differ only by how many full users they include and the monthly allowances for storage, bill scans and emails. Site crew is free up to three per full user. Viewers are unlimited. Before VAT.
A month each. Annual is pay 10 months, use 12. Adding users always costs more than moving up a plan, by design.

What does SK Works cost?
We use spreadsheets and a bank app. What changes on day one?
Can a payment really never be edited?
What does the customer see on the progress link?
Does it do tax invoices?
Where is our data stored?
Does Suki need a separate phone number?
