The allow-list

The page is built from a short list of fields. Nothing else can leak.

The public endpoint is unauthenticated on purpose, guarded by the token, and it assembles the page only from fields on an explicit list. There is no "hide this field" switch to forget.

It knows why they came

The heading changes with the message that sent them.

Every message carries the link with a hint of what it was about. The page opens on the thing the customer was just told.

From the job header: copy the URL, or send it straight into the customer's chat.

Rotate

Issue a new token. The old link stops working immediately, the customer gets the new one in the next message.

Revoke

Switch the link off for a job. Nothing is served, not even the job name.

Sharing, rotating and revoking need the job-edit permission: owners and managers, not site staff or viewers.
