AI is charged per reply and per minute. WhatsApp templates are charged only when your business messages first; a customer's message, and your replies within 24 hours of it, cost nothing. VAT is added at top-up.

So there are no surprises on the first invoice.

Starter has no AI
The inbox on Starter is answered by people. AI calls, AI replies and the assistant start on Growth, with 3,000 replies and 50 call minutes a month included.
