Calls beyond the allowance

Billed per minute of actual use from a prepaid balance you top up. When the balance is empty, outbound calling stops; nothing runs up a bill you didn't see.

Card terminal fees

SK Salon records the payment and the split. Acquirer and gateway fees are between you and your provider.

Hardware

Runs in a browser and on any phone. A tablet at the desk, a printer for receipts and a cash drawer are yours to choose.

Pricing questions

Straight answers.

What does "per outlet" mean?
Each branch is its own outlet on the same plan, with its own phone number and its own included minutes. Staff are included up to the plan's count (5, 15 or 25); extra staff are AED 35 each a month on any plan.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months, use 12. Growth is AED 7,990 a year instead of twelve monthly payments of AED 799; Starter is AED 2,990 and Scale AED 13,490.
How are calls charged?
Growth includes 60 minutes a month and Scale 150. Beyond that, voice is billed on actual seconds used, from a prepaid balance, at AED 2.00 a minute on both Growth and Scale. Starter has no AI voice.
Do I get a phone number?
Growth and Scale include one 800 toll-free number per outlet for the AI receptionist. Extra numbers are AED 149 a month each.
Is WhatsApp included?
Not yet. WhatsApp messaging and the WhatsApp AI Assist are coming soon on every plan. We will say when, not before.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes, from 10 branches. Tell us the outlet count and we quote on the demo.
Are prices shown with or without tax?
Before tax. VAT 5% is added where it applies and shown as a separate line on your invoice. The VAT 5% your clients pay on services is separate: SK Salon puts it on every tax invoice and receipt you issue.
Can we cancel?
Monthly billing, no long lock-in. Annual billing is paid up front for 10 months and runs 12. Your data is yours to export at any time.
